April Photos

Hope that everyone has been visiting the photo album regularly. This is what I really try to keep updated, as you can see I don't get the blog updated very often! April was a very busy month with a visit from Grandpa Bishop, the Florida Aquarium, Early Explorers at Bush Gardens, Haley's Dance Recital, Haley's 1st Tea Party and more. I couldn't pick just a few photos to put in our family album, so I made an album with ALL the photos taken throughout the month. Arggg Matey!!!

We went down to the he Children's parade and shortly after we got there, it was canceled due to weather. Haley did get to sport her new pirate outfit and put on a mean pirate face as pictured:

Mid-January

Here it is mid-January already and I'm making my first post for the new year... ugh. Where does the time go? We're still working on getting our Xmas decorations put away and decorating for Gasparilla. Haley and I went out and found some great decorations for the house. This coming weekend is the Children's parade and then the weekend after that is the 'grown-up' parade. Here's a pic of our front porch w/ the new decorations.

Goodbye 2007!

This will probably be the final post for 2007 and the only realistic New Years resolution that I will make is to make more regular entries for this Blog.

The girls had a blast on Christmas and once again the family spoiled the heck out of Haley and Lola. You can see from the photos, how our Christmas tree looked on Christmas morning and the other is once the rest of the family made it over with their gifts. Seems like we were opening gifts all day long. We are very fortunate to have family close by, but miss seeing those that live further away.

Christmas Eve

We took the girls down to Hyde Park to visit with Santa this afternoon. Both of them had no shyness with Old Saint Nick.

Early Explorers

On Monday we went to the December Early Explorers class at Bush Gardens. Haley learned all about animals in the winter and how they stay warm. She had hands on experience, petting a possum. We also were able to go visit the Clydesdale's and pet one of the larger horses 'on staff'. Afterwards, we went into the park and went on some rides and played with her friend Alexis.
